How To Log Deficiency Reports

This is a brand new building which means there will be very little deficiencies or damage found in your suite. However, sometimes small things can be overlooked and should be reported.

Tenants can use the provided DTK Move-In Day Deficiency report to log damaged or missing items. These reports will be forwarded to our Hello Management team for review. The Hello Management team will then forward these items to the Suite Owner with suggested repairs, pricing, or just to simply log the information as needed.

Reminder – all Tenants also have access to their Suite Owner’s information. The Suite Owner’s information can be located on the lease agreement. Copies of lease agreements were provided through PandaDoc and can be located in your personal email inbox used to complete the PandaDoc lease agreement.

Tenants will be able to log these deficiency reports on their initial move-in with our office. After move-in but can also send repair requests directly to their Suite Owners during their lease term.
